Helen is a highly experienced learning disability nurse, bringing over 20 years of dedicated care to her clients. Her extensive nursing background has fuelled a passion for holistic health and wellness, with a particular focus on colonic health and digestive wellbeing. Helen combines evidence-based practice with a compassionate approach, ensuring each client receives personalised support tailored to their needs.
Following her own positive experiences with colonic hydrotherapy—especially in alleviating headaches—Helen was inspired to pursue specialist training in this field. She has witnessed first-hand the profound relief colonic treatments can provide for individuals suffering from IBS and other digestive issues, motivating her commitment to making these therapies accessible to others. Helen remains committed to ongoing professional development, keeping abreast of the latest research and best practices in holistic healthcare.

Tracey is an Advanced Colonic therapist trained with I-ACT and has been offering colonics in Northampton for over 25 years. She founded the Northampton Colonic Clinic after suffering digestive and IBS symptoms herself which were significantly helped with colonic irrigation.
Since then Tracey has helped thousands of people and receives referrals from GP's, digestion specialists and most importantly....from clients who regularly recommend to friends and family.
Having carried out cleansing and fasting techniques in Thailand and other countries abroad Tracey is well versed in various detox regimes and what might work best for you. Whether its a one off colonic or a programme specifically designed for you Tracey will work hard to give you the results you're looking for.
Tracey has appeared on BBC television (BBC Celebrity Scissorhands - teaching celebrities how to adminsiter colonics), the Jeremy Vine programme on BBC Radio 2 discussing colonics with Dr Sarah Jarvis and many others.
Tracey also has a celebrity fan base and has helped many personalities with their digestive issues. Names include Shobna Gulati (dinner ladies and Coronation Street), Katie Price, Jade Goody and many other interesting people.
